Facilitators play a key role in the profit or target team. They:

lead the discussion
coordinate the management of the team
bring accountability to keep the team focused on meeting its objectives.

Facilitators can represent dairy sales organizations, artificial insemination companies, banking institutions, private veterinary practices, cooperative extension or other professions.
