The Center for Dairy Excellence offers scholarship opportunities to help dairy producers and young people in the dairy industry take advantage of training and education opportunities. Below are current scholarship opportunities available through the Center.

For Pennsylvania's Dairy Youth

Through a grant provided by the Pennsylvania Dairymen's Association, the Center is offering scholarships for 4-H dairy youth to attend the the National 4-H Dairy Conference this fall in Madison, Wis.  Up to eight individuals, age 15-19, will be chosen to represent Pennsylvania at the Sept. 28 – Oct. 1 conference. Penn State’s Department of Dairy and Animal Science is coordinating Pennsylvania’s delegation to the National 4-H Dairy Conference. Each county 4-H program can nominate one 4-H member. All nominations must be submitted to Penn State by July 25.
