Top 10! and Industry Goals
The Pennsylvania Dairy Task Force established “Top 10!” as the industry-guiding slogan and a rallying cry for all facets of the dairy industry to work toward the two overarching goals of Pennsylvania’s dairy industry:

Achieve 10.8 billion pounds of annual milk production by 2008

Achieve an average 8 – 10 percent return on assets for all producers
Top 10! will have a different specific meaning to different segments of the industry but serve all as a guide to encourage everyone to stay focused on improvement - either for themselves, for a dairy producer, a group of producers, or the PA dairy industry as a whole. Promote Top 10!
We encourage your company to use this industry-driving slogan to grow and strengthen our dairy industry and, in turn, your investment in the commonwealth. Please consider using Top10! in your promotional materials and incorporate it into your marketing efforts.

- Top (go over) 10% increase in milk production
