Looking at the recent Milk Production
report, we saw the U.S. milk supply dropped 0.2% from
2023’s 226.3 to 225.9 billion pounds for 2024. Milk production
peaked in March 2024, when it totaled 19.7 billion pounds that
month. Production reached its lowest for 2024 in November at
18.0 billion pounds. From 2015 to 2025, U.S. annual milk production
has increased 8.3%.
