Business planning is all about being proactive, setting goals, and thinking about the big picture. If you want to have a business plan in place that helps protect the long-term profitability of your dairy farm, even when volatility hits, apply for a Business Planning Grant. The Center for Dairy Excellence will pair you with a consultant who can help you develop a detailed plan that is unique to your operation.

Apply to Be a Consultant
To help farms complete their business plan, the Center is seeking consultants who would be compensated for working with producers to develop a plan. You must have experience working with farms in a consultant role and have experience creating business plans.
