Based on the November USDA Cold Storage report, U.S. total natural cheese
stocks dropped 1% month over month and 7% year over year. American
cheese stocks were down 8% from November 2023’s 830 million pounds to
766 million stocks in November 2024. Other natural cheese stocks fell 7% from
November 2023’s 587 million pounds to 544 million.
