Right now, milk production in three of the largest exporting countries is growing or improving. U.S. milk production has grown year-over-year (YOY) each month this year and represents a 2.2% increase through April compared to last year. New Zealand’s milk production season is coming to an end as winter approaches the Southern Hemisphere, but March season-to-date totals show that their milk production is up 2.1% over last year.
