The Global Dairy Trade (GDT) Price Index was down 0.8 percent from last
session to $4,041 per metric ton (MT). All products, aside from cheddar, were
down slightly from the previous session. Anhydrous milk fat and butter posted
1.5 and 0.8 percent decline, respectively. Mozzarella experienced a whopping
9.6 percent decrease over the same timeframe. Cheddar increased by 2.2
percent to $4,814 per MT.
