USDA’s Livestock Slaughter report shows 256,800 head of dairy cows going to auction in July, up 11 percent from June and 7 percent above July 2018 levels. Year to date, total dairy cow slaughter is up about 4.7 percent, with 85,800 more head going to auction this year than last. Read More
