Kick off the 2025 PA Dairy Summit with the “Export Opportunities and Workforce Trends” Dairy Forum on Tuesday, February 4 at 7 p.m.! Hear from panelists who will dive into dairy export trends, opportunities for U.S. dairy products in the global market, and workforce trends that could affect both dairy processors and producers.

Tony Rice, Trade Policy Director with the US Dairy Export Council and the National Milk Producers Federation, will speak about dairy export trends and the opportunities that exist for U.S. dairy products in the global market. He will also discuss how changing policies and the new Administration may affect global markets for dairy going forward.

Jill Smith, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, President, Cornerstone HR & Consulting, will speak about the broader workforce trends that could affect both dairy processors and producers and what you as an employer should be thinking about as you develop protocols and strategies for working with and supporting your employees in the coming year.
