Based on the most recent World Agricultural Supply and Demand (WASDE)
report, the USDA adjusted the 2025-2026 corn production estimates, down
115 million to 15.7 billion bushels. The corn yield held steady from the
previous estimates at 181 bu. per acre. Corn demand was reduced by 50
million bushels from prior estimates while corn export projections were
increased by 100 million to 2.8 billion bushels.
