Dairy Week In Review

Total cheese production was up 3.2 percent from a year ago to 1.21 billion pounds in January, 1.2 percent from a month ago. Italian type cheese production totaled 501 million pounds, up 0.4  percent below January 2022 levels and 1.3 percent below last month’s levels.
