Young Dairy Professionals Scholarship
The Pennsylvania Dairymen’s Association, the Center for Dairy Excellence and the Dairy Excellence Foundation offer a limited number of scholarships to attend the Pennsylvania Dairy Summit each year in February. In 2026, 32 scholarship recipients attended the Dairy Summit on a scholarship.

It was an invaluable experience that allowed me to connect with industry leaders, gain insight into current challenges and innovations in the dairy sector, and build relationships with other driven students and professionals. “It was nice to be surrounded by people whose lives, like mine, revolve around dairy. The speakers inspired me in my own career goals with what I want to do with my farm, and the mindset I need to achieve my goals. They also encouraged me to reflect on how the little things we do every day make a big difference long-term. One thing I wasn’t really expecting was how much I learned from being around other farmers and listening to what they had to say with the knowledge they’ve accumulated over their years of experience.
